The following areas of the Museum are available for rent:
Red Barn $25/hour
The Red Barn is used for receptions, luncheons, dinners, weddings, and other events, and may be rented either for daytime use or after-hours. Rental includes restroom, water access, heat & A/C, electricity, 10 tables, 60 chairs, and space for 60 guests seated or up to 100 standing)
Picnic Shelter $20/hour
The Picnic Shelter is used for family reunions, church groups, and other gatherings of as many as 100 people. The Shelter is available during Museum operating hours, or after-hours.
The Amphitheatre is an excellent facility for worship services and outdoor performances. It provides bench seating for approximately 100, under the shade of an old Chinkapin Oak, and has a platform with lectern.
Cabin Porches & Grounds $10/hour
The use of cabin porches and grounds is free with a scheduled rental of the Red Barn or Museum Center. Use of the grounds cannot interfere with the enjoyment of the Pioneer Park by visitors to the Museum if event occurs during business hours.
Museum Center Lobby, Conference Room, Kitchen $25/hour
Includes space for 40 seated or up to 60 reception style, as well as 10 tables and 60 chairs. Heat & A/C, electricity, and use of restrooms included.
Frog Level Service Station $25/hour
The Frog Level Service Station is a unique space for parties and events. Rental includes heat and A/C, electricity, water access, and use of restroom.

No date is reserved until the application has been approved by museum staff and deposit received. All dates are subject to availability and scheduled around museum events.
*Our policy is not to move any artifacts on the grounds to accommodate events. No horse-drawn equipment or other collections will be moved without written permission from the Executive Director.
* If your event takes place during regular museum hours and no additional personnel are necessary, no staff charges will apply. If any portion of your event falls before or after business hours, staff fees at a rate of $25/hour/person will apply.
